GrantsOS is a grants fulfillment system.
One place that carries a grant the whole way — from finding the opportunity, to writing the proposal, to the final report the funder actually acknowledges.
Most tools stop at “submitted.”
Discovery tools help you find grants. Writing tools help you draft them. Funder portals handle intake. Nothing carries one grant from discovery through to the funder-acknowledged final report — which is the part that decides whether you get funded again.
Opportunities that actually fit
Matching against federal, state, and private funders, with a short why-it-fits memo, the deadline, typical award size, and an eligibility flag — not a list of 400 links.
Drafts built from your real records
Section-by-section co-writing that pulls from your organization’s actual profile and project data, then scores the draft before you submit it.
Compliance that runs itself
The award letter becomes a calendar of obligations. Progress reports draft themselves from the work you already logged.
Scout, Writer, Steward, Herald.
Scout — finds the fit
Weekly matching against open opportunities, each with a plain-language memo explaining why it fits your mission and your active work.
Writer — drafts the proposal
Turns an RFP into a checklist and tasks, drafts each section from real organizational data, and builds a line-item budget with compliance items flagged for human review.
Steward — keeps you compliant
Reads the award letter, extracts every obligation and reporting date, tracks spend and time-and-effort, and warns you as you approach the federal single-audit threshold.
Herald — the Funder Window
A live, per-grant page your organization owns and controls, pushed out to every one of your funders. Every transparency portal in this market is bought by the funder. This one belongs to you.
The report writes itself, because the grant sits on the work.
GrantsOS is built on the CivicHub360 platform, where the projects, action plans, activity logs, volunteer hours, and partner organizations already live. So a funder report is not a writing exercise you start from nothing at 11pm the night before it is due. It is generated from the record of work you have been keeping all along.
Every figure a draft produces is traceable back to a real record or flagged for verification. On budget and compliance questions, GrantsOS surfaces the requirement and flags the risk — it does not give legal or financial advice, and nothing is submitted without a person deciding to submit it.
Where GrantsOS actually is right now.
- In active development. GrantsOS is being built on the CivicHub360 codebase and is not yet generally available.
- No public pricing yet. We are not quoting tiers until the product is in real organizations’ hands.
- Early access is real. We are looking for a small number of nonprofits and civic organizations to build alongside.
If you run grants for a nonprofit, a county program, an arts council, or a rural development organization — particularly if you are doing it with a team of one — you are exactly who this is being built for. Tell us what your grant year looks like and we will show you what we have.
