AI Use, Transparency & Accountability Policy
A person is responsible. We say when it's AI. No real person without consent. No synthetic media presented as real. Your content is yours.
Applies to: Every PollinatorStudio.ai product and every account. Newscastor.ai, our news-organization product line, is bound by this policy and by its own stricter Editorial Ethics & Corrections Policy. Where the two differ, Newscastor's rule wins for news content.

1. What this policy is for
PollinatorStudio.ai uses generative AI to help people make things — scripts, audio, video, images, written content. AI makes that faster. It also makes it easy to produce something false, misleading, or harmful without meaning to.
This policy says what we build the platform to do and not do, what we ask of every customer, and what happens when something goes wrong. It is short on purpose. Newscastor.ai carries the longer, newsroom-grade version because news demands it.
2. Five commitments
- A person is responsible. Every piece of content published through PollinatorStudio has a named human account holder who is responsible for it. AI is a tool; it does not hold responsibility.
- We say when it's AI. Content produced or substantially altered by our AI carries a disclosure that the customer cannot remove. The form varies by medium (spoken line, on-screen note, metadata, caption) but it is always present.
- No real person without consent. We do not clone the voice, face, or likeness of a real, identifiable person without that person's documented, revocable consent — and never to make them appear to say or do something they did not.
- No synthetic media presented as real. Generated or altered images, audio, and video are never presented as authentic recordings of real events. Illustrative content is labeled illustrative.
- Your content is yours. We do not train models on customer content without separate, explicit, written consent. Our model and hosting subprocessors are listed publicly and updated when they change.
3. What we ask of every customer
- Review what the AI produced before you publish it. You are the editor.
- Keep disclosures and labels intact.
- Don't use the platform to deceive: no impersonation of people, organizations, government agencies, or emergency services; no content you know to be false presented as true; no synthetic "evidence."
- Don't feed it what you can't share: confidential third-party material, personal data you don't have the right to process, or anything under legal restriction.
- Follow the law where you and your audience are — including rules on political content, advertising disclosures, and likeness rights. Where a law is stricter than this policy, the law applies.
4. Prohibited uses
Using PollinatorStudio to produce content that: impersonates a real person or organization without consent; depicts real people in sexual content; sexualizes minors in any way; constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse; is designed to deceive people about elections, public health, public safety, or emergencies; or infringes someone else's rights. Accounts doing this are terminated, and where the law requires, reported.
5. When something is wrong
Anyone can tell us — customer, audience member, a person depicted — at corrections@pollinatorstudio.ai. No account required.
| Step | Target |
|---|---|
| Acknowledge | 1 business day |
| Decide and act (fix, label, remove, or explain why not) | 2 business days; immediately where there is risk to safety, reputation, or a person's rights |
| Platform-caused error (our AI introduced it) | We tell every affected customer within 24 hours and publish a notice |
Fixes are visible. A corrected item is a new version with a note saying what changed; the original is retained, marked superseded. We don't silently overwrite.
These targets are our own commitments, not regulatory requirements.
6. Enforcement
Honest mistakes get help, not punishment. Repeated or willful violations get warnings, publishing holds, and termination, in that order — except for §4 violations, which skip to termination. Appeals go to ethics@pollinatorstudio.ai and get a written answer.
7. Review
Reviewed at least every 6 months and whenever an incident shows a gap. Changes are dated below; material changes require re-acceptance by customers.
