Platform · For coworking operators
Coworking space management, built to launch fast.
Member accounts, memberships and billing, room and desk bookings, door access and guest WiFi — running on your own subdomain within minutes of signup, not after a six-week onboarding.
What it does
The things a space actually runs on.
Members and money
Membership plans, punch credits and recurring billing through Stripe. A failed payment moves the member to past due, revokes door access and sends the notice — without anyone remembering to check.
Rooms, desks and doors
Resources and reservations in the space's own timezone, pooled desks where you sell capacity rather than a specific seat, and door access synced to the lock hardware. Guest WiFi is issued from the same place.
Paperwork that gates the booking
Your member agreement and waivers live as versioned documents, and a booking will not complete until the current version is signed. Google Calendar sync keeps the room board honest.
Two people have to be served
An operator and a member want different things.
For the operator
- Sign up, pick a subdomain and be live — availability is checked as you type
- Stripe billing, plans, punch credits and a membership ledger in one dashboard
- Door access and guest WiFi administered beside the membership that grants them
- Versioned legal documents that gate bookings instead of sitting in a drawer
- Branded transactional email that looks like your space, not like your vendor
- Additional locations on the same invoice — not a second account to reconcile
For the member
- Sign in by emailed link — one less password nobody wanted
- Book the room you need and see what is actually free
- Door access that works the moment the membership does, and stops when it stops
- WiFi credentials without asking at the desk
- Your agreement signed once, and re-signed only when it genuinely changes
- Receipts and notices that carry your space's name
Why it launches fast
Your space, your address, your name on everything.
Most space-management software assumes a migration project. CoWorkHQ assumes you want to be operating this week. You choose a slug at signup, the system checks it against reserved words and existing spaces in real time, and the space goes live at that address immediately afterwards.
Live on your own subdomain
Every space runs at {your-slug}.coworkhq.org from the moment checkout completes, with a sign-in link emailed to the address you registered.
White-label, flat fee
Remove CoWorkHQ's name and design from everything a member sees — footer, desk-card QR captions, receipts, notification emails. One flat fee covers every location you run.
Multi-location on one invoice
Additional locations bill separately on the same invoice, so an operator with three buildings reconciles one statement rather than three accounts.
Pricing
Simple pricing that scales with your space.
Launchpad
$49/month
or $490/year, billed annually
For brand new or small community spaces. Up to 60 active paying memberships per month.

White-Label Branding — $29/month add-on
Removes all CoWorkHQ branding from the member-facing product: the footer, desk-card QR captions, receipts and every notification email carry your space's name and design instead. Add a custom domain and members never see the name CoWorkHQ. One flat fee covers every location you run, so multi-location operators do not pay per site. Available on Launchpad and Accelerator; monthly billing only.
Marketing Assistant — included on Accelerator
Pick an event in the admin console and it drafts the Facebook and Instagram copy for it, grounded in that event’s own details — it will not invent a time, a price or a guest you did not give it. Your staff read every draft before anything goes out. Approved posts push to the Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile connections you set up during onboarding. Nothing posts by itself.
Every plan includes member accounts, bookings, billing and door access. Plus a 2.5% fee on member transactions. Additional locations bill separately on the same invoice. Cancel or change plans anytime. Prices shown are launch pricing and subject to change — current pricing is always at coworkhq.org/pricing.
Bring your membership list. We will show you the dashboard.
Demo requests are open. Whether you run a single room above a Main Street storefront or a hub across several buildings, we would rather show you the working operator dashboard than send you a deck.
